Are your programs good for me?

Our programs are not for everyone. A lot of work need to be done to reach optimal health, just as to reach any goals in life.

Our programs are NOT for the people who can’t concentrate on and can’t put a lot of effort into their work, such as complainers, victims, who always pointing fingers, or who believe they can change their health without doing much hard work.

This is for you if you:

  • Have a strong desire and are determined to solve your health problems.
  • Are eager and able to learn and are teachable.
  • Move beyond Western ways of thinking about health to treat the body as an energy system. If you don’t, you are just building your new house on a feeble foundation.
  • Commit to taking on every effort to make a difference in your health and in your life. Just on books along, Julia Sun had read over one thousand books to develop the system to help herself and others to transform people’s health. You don’t need to do this, but you do need to learn new concepts, become acquainted with your body, find your own foods, exercises, and other activities, take actions, and put in a lot of effort to make the necessary changes and transform your health.

If I have fatigue and many other health problems, do you think your training can help me out?

Our trainings are designed to strengthen your body so it is strong enough to be able to conquer any illnesses. The 15-week programs are good for autoimmune disorders, viral infections, overweight, underweight, sleep disorder, depression, and many other illnesses, as well as fatigue.

Do I have to finish the 15-week program in exact 15-weeks?

You don’t have to. Finish the training as early as possible to benefit sooner from it. But everyone is different. We send out the weekly training each week for the first five week for you to build up the basic energy that you need to further energize your body. After these five weeks of training, you have the options to continue the weekly training or take a few more weeks to built up the energy that is needed before continuing the last 10 weeks of trainings.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Most of our products are shipped free in the continent USA.
