For whatever reason, if you need to return our products or cancel a program or appointment, we are here to help.
Physical Products:
Books purchased from TLEP directly can be returned within seven days of purchase. The book must be in perfect condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your items. Shipping cost is not refundable.
Electronic Products:
Unless otherwise specified, electronic products including ebooks, audiobooks, or video downloads are not returnable and not refundable after purchase.
Online Training Courses and Programs
If you want to cancel the course or training purchased, please notify TLEP in writing.
- The request to withdraw from a training course or program and receive a refund must be submitted in writing, even if you’ve registered online. Requests can be sent via email to Info@TotalLifeEnergyPlan.com.
- Group courses may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Every effort will be made to notify students of cancellations and refunds will be made. You also have the option of transferring the refund to other programs or products.
- If you wish to use your refund credit to another course, program, or product, the credit must be used within 90 days.
NOTE: If the course fee includes a fee for materials, in either physical and electronic form, the materials fee will be deducted from your payment if the refund request is submitted after materials are sent out.
Trainings nine weeks or more:
Prior to first class: 100% refund minus material fees if any
During first week of classes: 75% refund minus material fees if any
During second week of classes: 50% refund minus material fees if any
During third week of classes: 25% refund minus material fees if any
After third week of classes: no refund
Trainings eight weeks or less:
Prior to first class: 100% refund – material fees if any
After class (training) start: no refund

Appointments
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee of $50.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
